FEMALE FLATMATE WANTED

Dear Everyone,
We are looking for a FEMALE FLATMATE to share our flat with her from now on or in the Summer . (Being a native speaker of English or Italian is an andvantage.) (SCROLL DOWN FOR PICTURES)
WE ARE: a Hungarian couple (28, 29) sharing the flat with international students or interns for a time.
THE APARTMENT: It has two bedrooms (one occupied by us), a living-room, dining-room & kitchen in one, large bathroom and a separate toilet (see plan at the bottom). Altogether the apartment is 133 sqm big & well-equipped (diswasher, washing machine, microwave oven, gas-cooker, two fridges etc.)
THE ROOM: A separate 35 sqm room, fully furnished (a big bed with bedlinen, three cupboards, a sofa, a coffee table with two armchairs and two stools, a big TV with cable TV allowing 50 international channels, VCR, DVD and WIRELESS INTERNET).
LOCATION: It's extremely central. We are only 6-8 minutes far (on foot) from the University of Veterinary Science and McDaniel's College (BSM), about 10 minutes far from ELTE and 15-20 minutes from CORVINUS (BUESPA), BUTE, CEU and ESSCA.
TRANSPORT: Excellent public transport: probably the most frequent bus lines (7, 173, 178, 178A), red metro line (Blaha square) and trams 4, 6 (from Blaha sq.).
AMENITIES: Major supermarkets and small shops are all in reach. Smaller grocery stores are a block far from here but Kaiser's or Arena Plaza Mall (Tesco) are also within 10 min reach. The building is more than a hundred years old and recently redecorated.

RENT: The rent is 40.000 HUF (~145 EUR) + utilities (gas, water, common costs etc.)

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The room with it’s furniture (three cupboards, a television with cable TV, VCR, DVD-player, a double bed, a sofa, piano, lamps, curtains, carpet etc.)
  2. Use of kitchen: separate shelf in the kitchen cupboard, use of pots and pans and dishes, cutlery etc. and kitchen appliances (diswasher, two fridges, cooker, microwave oven, freezer).
  3. Use of bathroom: a few separate hangers, use of washing machine and drier, bath, washbasin etc.
  4. Other facilities: a blanket, a pillow, an eiderdown, two sets of bed linen (for the pillow, blanket and two bed sheets) and two towels.
  5. This is a non-smoker flat. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony of the inner courtyard.
  6. The flat is on the third floor with no elevator in the building.
  7. There is no landline in the flat, but cellphone is provided upon request and there is wireless internet.
  8. About the rent: There’s one month deposit (one monthly rent), the rent and the cost of utilites is to be paid at the beginning of each month and upon arrival the deposit is due to be paid, which count into the last months rent.It includes the room rental with gas & water consumption and all mentioned above.
  9. Neither cleaning nor things that you use as well (toilet paper, washing liquid etc.) are included in the rent.
  10. The minimum period of stay is three months but shorter terms can be agreed upon request. The rental period is agreed at the beginning of rental and any earlier departure is to be noted one month in advance. In any other case there must be one-month term of notice and the next monthly payment is due.
  11. This is a single room, with conditions given for one person only.
  12. Free city-maps are provided.
  13. Cellphone upon request. (In Hungary and all around Europe the GSM 900/ 1800 frequencies are used, whereas in the U.S.A. it's the 1900. Unless your phone is TRI-BAND (working with all the three) you will not be able to use it here. Read more HERE.
